...from my ridiculously massive news-feed intake. Christ Almighty there's a shit-ton of information to absorb. I mean really. I'm trying my hardest to read the articles from NYTimes and Wall Street Journal and CNN...but after a while my head spins with too much non-fiction.

Which is where comics, music, movies and books come into play. Oh yea, friends too. And family. The ones that don't drive you batshit insane.

Anyway, haven't submitted anything in a while other than that crappy Photoshop nonsense. I only did it to ensure myself some kind of mundane copyright protection. Anything before that has just been poetry.

And poetry isn't a bad thing, it's actually fantastic. Love it. Love love love it. However, most of it's been emo (when they were posted), and I haven't felt the inspiration to write for a while. Well, I might have on occasion, but it's been a bit of nonsense and short scribbles.

I'm getting sick of emo. *vomit*

So this is where my actual drawing skills come into play. What'll I draw? Who knows! What I do know is that while I can toodle around all I want with music and such, I've lately taken a huge leap towards wanting to draw.

I'm not too shabby, but not too sharp. I've been getting my inspiration from comics as of late, and coming across some fantastic artists. So far they're namely Ben Templesmith and Michael LaRiccia. I need to check out the latter's work more. [link]
